Job Description

Develop and project manage learning and development programs in support of the L&OD strategy, working collaboratively with L&D teams in various business units, HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and the broader Talent Management Team, while ensuring adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Proficiently assess, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and enhance learning content, utilizing accepted content development approaches for large scale projects and modules. Evaluate course effectiveness through end of course evaluations, participant comprehension, and operational metrics, making necessary content revisions as needed. Provide direct consultation / needs analysis support for one of our major business units (e.g., Auto, Bank), to ensure our offerings are aligned to their talent development needs Serve as a trusted and valued business partner; be recognized as a leader both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of program management, consultation, project management and instructional design roles.

  • Experience with adult learning theory, needs assessment, and instructional design methods

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate in settings of various sizes and using multiple media

  • Ability to effectively manage projects and provide advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
