  1. Develop and implement compensation and incentive programs that align with Ally Financial's business objectives and support the retention and motivation of top talent.
  2. Analyze market trends and data to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures and incentive plans.
  3. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure budgetary and regulatory compliance for compensation and incentive plans.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews of compensation and incentive plans to ensure effectiveness and make necessary adjustments as needed.
  5. Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate compensation and incentive plans to employees.
  6. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in compensation and incentive planning to continually improve programs.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and HR partners on compensation-related inquiries and issues.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals, providing training and development opportunities to support their growth.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation and incentive plans with performance management and career development initiatives.
  10. Make data-driven recommendations for salary ranges, bonus payouts, and other compensation-related decisions.
  11. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of compensation and incentive plans.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external compensation benchmarking partners.
  13. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and incentive plans.
  14. Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure compensation and incentive plans support recruitment and retention efforts.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and incentive plans and make recommendations for improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Incentive Plans, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Incentive Plans.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Effective Compensation And Incentive Strategies To Attract And Retain Top Talent.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
