- Develop and implement innovative compensation and incentive plans that align with the company's strategic objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR business partners, finance, and business leaders, to understand business needs and design effective compensation and incentive plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and incentive plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and incentive programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related issues, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and incentive plan eligibility.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in compensation and incentive plan design and make recommendations for updates or changes to the company's programs.
- Manage the administration of compensation and incentive plans, including processing incentive payouts and conducting audits to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as compensation consultants and benchmarking providers, to gather information and stay informed on market trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and incentive plan design and provide training and education to HR and business leaders as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals to support the company's compensation and incentive strategy.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate the company's compensation and incentive programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
