- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of payroll processes and laws to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR team members and managers.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Review and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Ensure all payroll records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Stay informed of any changes in payroll laws and regulations and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and educate employees and managers on payroll processes and systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
- Work closely with the HR team to support the overall goals and objectives of the department and company.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive payroll information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Payroll Management, Preferably In A Large Organization
Extensive Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations, Including Federal And State Tax Laws
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Payroll Issues
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
