  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of payroll processes and laws to ensure compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process payroll information accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll-related matters, providing guidance and support to HR team members and managers.
  5. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  6. Review and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  7. Ensure all payroll records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  8. Stay informed of any changes in payroll laws and regulations and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  9. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide exceptional customer service.
  10. Train and educate employees and managers on payroll processes and systems.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
  12. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
  14. Work closely with the HR team to support the overall goals and objectives of the department and company.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive payroll information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Payroll Management, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Payroll Laws And Regulations, Including Federal And State Tax Laws

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Payroll Issues

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.
