Job Description

The Fraud Prevention PBA Analyst will support the strategic direction of Ally Bank's Fraud Prevention Organization through change management and business analysis. Responsible for day-to-day project, process, performance analysis and change management as well as strategic planning. Execute on project delivery and process opportunities. Support of internal governance process; ensure adherence / connection between Bank and Corporate governance processes, policies and procedures. Coordinate Unit/Functional testing for releases. Perform in depth performance analysis and calibration recommendations for Fraud Organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to leverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results.

  • 3 + years of project, process, product and change management experience

  • Understanding of Fraud Prevention functions and processes, SME knowledge of fraud types and technology preferred

  • Additional Certifications preferred - CSM, CSPO, CFE, CAMs, Prosci, PMP, LEAN/Six Sigma
