- Conduct on-site audits of retail and commercial operations to assess compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure audits are conducted in accordance with current standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement audit plans and strategies.
- Perform detailed analysis and review of financial documents and data.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document and maintain accurate audit records and reports.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive financial information.
- Proactively identify and report any potential fraudulent activities or non-compliance issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training to team members as needed.
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of recommendations and track progress.
- Continuously strive for personal and professional development to improve audit skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Auditing, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial And Accounting Principles And Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
