Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Appraisal Techniques, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Explain Appraisal Findings.
