Manage and develop a team of managers and data analysts responsible for analyzing business and market trends to increase efficiency within Ally Insurance Operations. Responsible for establishing departmental strategies to hire, develop and mentor new talent, growing strong data and business knowledge across the Insurance organization. Ensuring the team participates in data and design reviews, and that changes cascade through systems and operations smoothly, as well as ensuring business important elements can be monitored and measured.
