  1. Lead a team of analysts to develop and implement quantitative models for the credit card business at Ally Financial.
  2. Utilize data and advanced statistical techniques to identify trends and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to improve performance.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quantitative modeling to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  5. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the credit card business and its related processes.
  6. Manage the team's workload, priorities, and performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on complex modeling projects.
  8. Work closely with senior leadership to communicate model findings and recommendations for improving business performance.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the quantitative modeling function.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote Ally Financial's expertise in quantitative modeling.

  • Extensive Experience In Quantitative Modeling: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Quantitative Modeling, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Implementing Complex Models In The Financial Services Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Credit Card Products And Portfolio Management: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Credit Card Products And Their Associated Risks, As Well As Experience In Managing And Optimizing Credit Card Portfolios.
