- Develop and execute the overall digital product strategy for Ally Financial to support business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketing, and sales to bring digital products to market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to drive product development.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features and enhancements, and manage product backlogs.
- Set clear and measurable goals for digital products and regularly track and report on key performance indicators.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product features and functionalities.
- Ensure that digital products meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed upon timelines and budgets.
- Identify and analyze market trends and competitors' digital offerings to inform product strategy and keep Ally Financial at the forefront of the industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert on digital products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.
- Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve and iterate on existing digital products.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and successes to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the digital product team and across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members to foster their growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Digital Space.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Products And Technologies, Including Web And Mobile Platforms, Data Analytics, And User Experience Design.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Products, Including Defining Product Strategy, Conducting Market Research, And Driving Product Development.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Prioritize And Execute Product Initiatives.
