As the Digital Analyst - CX, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer experience by leveraging your expertise in digital analytics and customer journey mapping. We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of customer experience principles and a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies.   1. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and digital data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that impact the overall customer experience.
  2. Utilize various tools and techniques to gather, organize, and interpret data for decision-making and strategic planning purposes.
  3. Develop and maintain customer journey maps and use them to identify pain points, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to implement data-driven solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer experience, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of digital analytics and customer experience.
  7. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
  9. Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital analytics tools and processes, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  11. Train and mentor other team members on digital analytics and customer experience best practices.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term customer experience strategies and goals.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage data and insights for strategic initiatives.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of Ally Financial's products, services, and overall business goals to effectively align digital analytics strategies with the organization's objectives.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills: A Digital Analyst - Cx At Ally Financial Should Possess Excellent Data Analysis Skills, Including The Ability To Interpret And Synthesize Complex Data Sets To Identify Customer Behaviors, Trends, And Insights.

  • Experience With Cx Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Various Customer Experience (Cx) Tools, Such As Google Analytics, Hotjar, And Qualtrics, To Measure And Analyze User Interactions And Behaviors Across Digital Platforms.

  • Familiarity With Financial Services Industry: Ally Financial Operates In The Financial Services Industry, So The Digital Analyst Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry Landscape, Including Key Competitors, Market Trends, And Regulatory Requirements.
