Knowledge Of Cybersecurity: A Cyber Threat Exercise Program Coordinator At Ally Financial Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Best Practices, And Emerging Threats. This Includes Knowledge Of Network Security, Data Protection, And Incident Response Procedures.
Experience In Coordinating Exercises: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Coordinating And Executing Cyber Threat Exercises, Such As Tabletop Exercises And Red Team/Blue Team Scenarios. They Should Be Able To Design Realistic And Effective Exercises That Test The Organization's Incident Response Capabilities.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Coordinator, This Person Will Be Responsible For Communicating Exercise Plans, Objectives, And Outcomes To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And Technical Teams. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Critical For This Role.
