- Conduct thorough investigations of liability claims filed against Ally Financial and gather all necessary information and evidence.
- Analyze and evaluate claims to determine validity and liability.
- Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to gather additional information and clarify details.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and risk management, to assess potential risk and develop appropriate strategies for claim resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, including documentation of investigations, evaluations, and decisions.
- Review and interpret insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage and liability.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate claim status updates and decisions to all relevant parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to liability claims.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize risk and prevent future claims.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to claim analysis and resolution.
- Adhere to company standards and protocols for handling confidential and sensitive information.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Liability Claims.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Complex Claims.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Legal Representatives, And Other Stakeholders.
