  1. Conduct thorough investigations of liability claims filed against Ally Financial and gather all necessary information and evidence.
  2. Analyze and evaluate claims to determine validity and liability.
  3. Communicate with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to gather additional information and clarify details.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and risk management, to assess potential risk and develop appropriate strategies for claim resolution.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims, including documentation of investigations, evaluations, and decisions.
  6. Review and interpret insurance policies and contracts to determine coverage and liability.
  7. Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate claim status updates and decisions to all relevant parties in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to liability claims.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to minimize risk and prevent future claims.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to claim analysis and resolution.
  12. Adhere to company standards and protocols for handling confidential and sensitive information.
  13. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
  14. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to liability claim handling.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in claim handling.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Claims Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Liability Claims.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Assess And Evaluate Complex Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers, Legal Representatives, And Other Stakeholders.
