Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews to ensure our company adheres to all industry regulations and internal policies. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of banking laws and regulations.   1. Conduct audits and reviews of company processes and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  2. Identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them.
  3. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies accordingly.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes and controls to ensure compliance.
  5. Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  7. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on emerging compliance issues.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for streamlining processes.
  9. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and examinations.
  10. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  11. Monitor and track compliance remediation activities.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of audit findings and related documentation.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compliance and risk management.
  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Or Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Designation

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Audit Roles Within The Financial Services Industry

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Banking And Financial Services

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify And Mitigate Risks
