Job Description

Supports project metrics analysis, team communication, resource planning, risk analysis, report generation, and documentation control. Project Log tracking for action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints in a formal tool of some sorts. Build presentations in PowerPoint based on input from project managers, program manager. Scheduling and coordinating meetings per recipients schedules, detailed meeting minutes. Under general direction, assists project and program managers in creating and maintaining project planning documents and reports. Applies new technical approaches to best resolve customer problems. Provide support for strategic meetings by preparing and distributing agendas, minutes and other pertinent documentation.

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment preferred.

  • Clarity experience (schedule integration, risks/issues, resource management).

  • Procurement process execution (SOWs, Work Authorization, RIMS requests).

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools in relation to tracking progress and reporting project status results.
