  1. Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks within the organization.
  2. Utilize analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends that may pose a risk to the company.
  3. Develop and maintain risk registers to track identified risks and their mitigation strategies.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support risk management decisions and initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to risk management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to risk management.
  7. Communicate risk assessment findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in risk management processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other team members on risk assessment methodologies and processes.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of risk assessment activities and findings.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  13. Participate in risk management training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure the organization's resilience.
  15. Proactively identify emerging risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  16. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, in all risk management activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operational Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Risk Assessment Methodologies And Frameworks, Such As Rcsa (Risk Control Self-Assessment).

  • Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Identifying Control Gaps, And Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations.
