We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive for our F&I Dealer Products & Services team at Ally Financial. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our dealer partners, promoting and selling our products and services, and driving profitability for both our company and our dealers.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
  2. Promote and sell F&I dealer products and services.
  3. Drive profitability for both the company and dealer partners.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  5. Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador for Ally Financial and its products and services.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to dealer partners.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  11. Report sales performance and provide insights and recommendations.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
  14. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  15. Stay informed about competitor products and services.
  16. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new dealer partners.
  17. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  18. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge related to the automotive industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of F&I Products And Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
