- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners.
- Promote and sell F&I dealer products and services.
- Drive profitability for both the company and dealer partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Conduct market research and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ally Financial and its products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealer partners.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Report sales performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Stay informed about competitor products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new dealer partners.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Continuously learn and develop skills and knowledge related to the automotive industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of F&I Products And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
