  1. Conduct thorough investigations of unrepresented bodily injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
  2. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other involved parties in a compassionate and professional manner.
  3. Negotiate settlements within established authority and in compliance with company guidelines.
  4. Analyze and interpret medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation to accurately assess damages and liability.
  5. Document all claim activities and decisions in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external resources, such as attorneys and medical professionals, to effectively manage claims.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  8. Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in the claims process.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve claims processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  12. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
  13. Handle complex and sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
  14. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to bodily injury claims.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Allstate, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Insurance, Business, Or A Related Field Is Often Required For This Position.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Laws And Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Insurance Laws And Regulations Is Essential For Handling Bodily Injury Claims In Compliance With Legal Requirements.

  • Previous Claims Handling Experience: Most Employers Prefer Candidates With At Least 1-3 Years Of Experience In Claims Handling, Preferably In The Bodily Injury Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster, You Will Be Communicating With Injured Parties, Attorneys, Medical Professionals, And Other Stakeholders, So Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills Are A Must.

  • Ability To Work Independently: This Role Often Requires Working Remotely And Managing A Large Caseload, So The Ability To Work Independently And Prioritize Tasks Is Crucial For Success.
