- Handle and manage complex UM/UIM insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Communicate with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claim to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability, following all applicable policies and regulations.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, including documentation of investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in UM/UIM policies and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in claim handling.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, in all claim activities.
- Continuously strive for excellence in claim handling, seeking opportunities for improvement and providing suggestions for process enhancements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Handling Um/Uim Claims.
Knowledge Of State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Um/Uim Coverage.
Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And Make Sound Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
