  1. Handle and manage complex UM/UIM insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  2. Communicate with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claim to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  3. Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability, following all applicable policies and regulations.
  4. Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claim activities, including documentation of investigation, evaluation, and settlement.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and changes in UM/UIM policies and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in claim handling.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws, in all claim activities.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in claim handling, seeking opportunities for improvement and providing suggestions for process enhancements.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and performance expectations.
  14. Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and increasing efficiency.
  15. Act in accordance with company values and ethics, promoting a positive work environment and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Handling Um/Uim Claims.

  • Knowledge Of State Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Um/Uim Coverage.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Make Sound Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
