Job Description

At Allstate, we are looking for a Travel Property Adjuster who is passionate about helping customers and can provide excellent customer service. As a Travel Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling property claims. The ideal candidate is an independent problem solver with strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in business, insurance, or a related field and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in claims adjusting. You must also be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license. If you are organized, have a customer-focused attitude, and are looking for an opportunity to join a global organization, this position could be a perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities for Travel Property Adjuster:

  1. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle property claims.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to customers.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  4. Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve disputes.
  5. Maintain accurate records of claims and settlements.
  6. Travel to customers’ locations and inspect damage.
  7. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
  8. Utilize knowledge of business, insurance, and related fields to make informed decisions.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
