Job Description

Allstate is looking for an experienced and motivated Total Loss Adjuster to join our team. As a Total Loss Adjuster, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of total loss claims for our customers. You will assess and review total loss claims to determine the appropriate settlement amount.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the insurance industry. You must also be knowledgeable and well-versed in the total loss claims process. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Responsibilities:

  1. Assess and review total loss claims to determine appropriate settlement amount.
  2. Investigate and analyze the facts of the total loss claim to determine the appropriate settlement amount.
  3. Provide customer service and communication to customers regarding total loss claims.
  4. Maintain accurate and updated records related to total loss claims.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to total loss claims.
  6. Monitor and review total loss claims to ensure accuracy and quality.
  7. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to total loss claims.
  8. Provide guidance and assistance to other team members related to total loss claims.
  9. Evaluate and review total loss claims to ensure accuracy and quality.
