  1. Conduct timely and efficient investigations of insurance claims over the phone.
  2. Communicate with customers and gather accurate and detailed information regarding their claim.
  3. Analyze claim information and determine coverage and liability.
  4. Review policy contracts and interpret coverage for customers.
  5. Negotiate and settle claims within company guidelines.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
  7. Follow company procedures and adhere to industry regulations and laws.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of claims.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized claim files and documentation.
  10. Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in policies and procedures.
  11. Identify potential fraud and escalate to appropriate department.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience.
  13. Meet performance goals and standards set by the company.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Claims Adjusting Or Related Field.
