Allstate is looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Strategic Data & Technology Architect to join our Special Investigations Unit. The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for using data and technology to uncover fraud and drive business success.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and maintaining deep expertise in data management and technology architecture, as well as experience leading technology projects and initiatives. The candidate should also have a proven track record of developing and managing the implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives. Responsibilities:

Manage and develop deep expertise in data management and technology architecture.
Lead technology projects and initiatives.
Develop and manage the implementation of technology solutions that support business objectives.
Provide strong leadership to the Special Investigations Unit.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization.
Proactively identify potential fraud and drive business success.
Monitor industry trends and developments in data management and technology architecture.
Maintain a self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic.
Work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
