  1. Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for key accounts and business opportunities
  2. Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather necessary information and materials for RFPs
  3. Develop and maintain a detailed RFP timeline and ensure all deadlines are met
  4. Review RFP requirements and ensure all submissions meet client specifications
  5. Work closely with sales, underwriting, and product teams to develop competitive and comprehensive proposals
  6. Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address any questions or concerns regarding RFPs
  7. Conduct research and analysis to support RFP responses and identify areas for improvement
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all RFP submissions and related documents
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to RFP processes
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve RFP procedures and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  11. Create and present reports on RFP performance and outcomes
  12. Train and support team members on RFP processes and procedures
  13. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients and prospects as needed
  14. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Procurement, Vendor Management, Or Contract Negotiation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Rfp Processes And Procedures.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Rfp Management Software.
