  6. Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims and related documentation.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
  9. Travel to various locations to conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damage.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Construction Management, Engineering, Or Insurance.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Adjusting Or Field Estimating.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Materials, Construction Methods, And Building Codes.

  • Proficiency In Estimating Software And Tools Such As Xactimate.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Settle Property Damage Claims.
