Evaluate and estimate property damage claims in a timely and accurate manner.
Utilize knowledge of property insurance policies to determine coverage and compensation.
Conduct thorough investigations to gather all necessary information and evidence for each claim.
Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to understand their needs and concerns.
Collaborate with other team members, such as claims adjusters and insurance agents, to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims and related documentation.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to customers.
Travel to various locations to conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damage.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in work.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Construction Management, Engineering, Or Insurance.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Adjusting Or Field Estimating.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Materials, Construction Methods, And Building Codes.
Proficiency In Estimating Software And Tools Such As Xactimate.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Negotiate And Settle Property Damage Claims.
