  1. Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims, including inspecting the property and assessing the extent of damages.
  2. Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and regulations to accurately determine coverage and liability for each claim.
  3. Prepare detailed estimates of repair costs and negotiate fair settlements with customers.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claim process to provide updates and address any concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities and decisions.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  10. Represent Allstate in a positive and professional manner, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Property Insurance: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Property Insurance Policies, Including Coverage Limits, Deductibles, And Exclusions.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Property Adjuster As They Will Be Required To Interact With Clients, Insurance Agents, And Other Professionals On A Daily Basis. The Ability To Explain Complex Insurance Terms And Procedures In Simple Terms Is A Must.
