- Investigate and evaluate property damage claims to determine coverage and estimate repair costs.
- Conduct on-site inspections of damaged properties and gather necessary information and documentation.
- Communicate with customers, agents, and other parties involved in the claim process.
- Document all claim activity, including conversations and agreements, in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilize knowledge of construction and property estimating to accurately assess damage and estimate repair costs.
- Work with contractors and other professionals to gather repair estimates and negotiate pricing.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to accurately document and process claims.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the handling of claims.

Strong Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Handling Procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Insurance, Construction, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Property Adjusting, With A Focus On Field Estimating And Damage Assessment.
Proficiency In Xactimate Estimating Software And Other Industry-Standard Tools.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Customer Interactions And Resolve Conflicts.
