  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for product management in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new technology products.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product strategy.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  5. Guide and mentor junior product management professionals to foster their growth and development.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
  7. Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance the company's product offerings.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in product development and implementation.
  10. Effectively communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Management Within The Technology Industry

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes

  • Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Collaborating With Stakeholders At All Levels

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
