9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to claims adjusters.
10. Work closely with upper management to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives.
11. Oversee the hiring and training of new claims adjusters.
12. Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations regarding claims handling.
13. Maintain positive relationships with customers, agents, and other stakeholders.
14. Participate in company meetings and provide updates on the status of auto claims.
15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
