  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and courteously to inquiries and concerns.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Allstate.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling insurance products to potential and existing clients.
  5. Use effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
  6. Keep up-to-date with insurance products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate clients.
  7. Accurately and efficiently process insurance transactions and maintain client records.
  8. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  9. Represent Allstate in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance sales skills and knowledge of insurance products.

Job Qualifications
  • Active State Insurance License For Property And Casualty Insurance.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals And Targets.
