We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics Engineer at Allstate who is eager to join a team of innovators and make an impact!The Lead Data Analytics Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop, maintain, and optimize data analytics solutions that will drive operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in data analytics, software development, and SQL, and a natural leader who is able to think critically to solve complex problems.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable field• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, software development, and SQL• Proven experience leading highly-performing teams• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Proficient in data analysis and visualization toolsIf you are looking for a challenging role and the opportunity to make a positive impact on a team, then this is the position for you! Responsibilities: • Lead a team of data analytics engineers in the development, maintenance, and optimization of data analytics solutions. • Establish best practices and processes for effective data analytics solutions. • Identify and analyze key data patterns and correlations to drive operational efficiency and customer experience. • Develop and maintain databases with SQL. • Produce data reports and visualizations using data analysis and visualization tools. • Monitor and troubleshoot data analytics solutions for any issues or discrepancies. • Develop and maintain documentation of data models, data flows, and other data analytics processes. • Coordinate with other teams to ensure successful data analytics solutions. • Research and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in data analytics. • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
