  1. Handle large and complex property claims: The Large Loss Property Adjuster-Field Estimating will be responsible for managing and overseeing large and complex property claims from start to finish. This includes conducting thorough investigations, gathering necessary information, and determining coverage and liability.
  2. Provide accurate and timely estimates: The Adjuster will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of property damage and providing timely estimates to customers. This will involve utilizing various tools and resources to determine the most accurate cost of repairs or replacement.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction: The primary responsibility of the Large Loss Property Adjuster-Field Estimating is to ensure that customers receive the best possible service during difficult times. This includes providing empathetic and compassionate support, answering any questions or concerns, and keeping customers informed throughout the claims process.
  4. Utilize strong analytical skills: The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to review and analyze complex information to make informed decisions. This will involve interpreting policy language, evaluating damages, and determining coverage.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations: The Adjuster will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to determine the cause and extent of damages. This may involve inspecting properties, reviewing police and witness reports, and consulting with experts.

Communicate effectively: The Large Loss Property Adjuster-Field Estimating must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the claims process.   7. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Adjuster will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines. Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Property Adjusting: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Property Adjusting, With A Focus On Large Loss Claims. This Experience Should Include Handling Complex Claims, Estimating Property Damage, And Negotiating Settlements.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Regulations: A Large Loss Property Adjuster Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Insurance Policies And Regulations, Including State Laws And Regulations. This Knowledge Is Critical In Accurately Assessing And Managing Large Loss Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Field Estimator, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Contractors, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Explain Complex Insurance Concepts And Negotiate Settlements In A Professional And Empathetic Manner.

  • Proficient In Estimating And Damage Assessment: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Property Damage Assessment And Estimation. This Includes Knowledge Of Construction Materials, Building Codes, And Local Market Costs To Accurately Estimate The Cost Of Repairs Or Replacement.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team: A Large Loss Property Adjuster Must Be Able To Work Independently In The Field, But Also Collaborate Effectively With A Team Of Adjusters, Contractors, And Other Professionals. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
