Accurately assess and evaluate large loss property claims to determine coverage and potential payouts.
Conduct thorough investigations and gather all necessary information to make informed decisions.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the claims process.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Document all findings and decisions in a clear and organized manner.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the claims process.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Property Claims Handling: The Ideal Candidate For A Large Loss Property Adjuster - Field Estimating Job At Allstate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Handling Complex Property Claims, Including Large Loss Cases.
Strong Knowledge Of Property Insurance Policies: Allstate Expects Its Large Loss Property Adjusters To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Property Insurance Policies And Coverage, Including Knowledge Of State-Specific Regulations And Guidelines.
Excellent Estimating And Negotiation Skills: As A Field Estimating Adjuster, You Will Be Responsible For Accurately Estimating The Cost Of Repairs And Negotiating With Contractors And Vendors On Behalf Of The Company. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Excellent Estimating And Negotiation Skills.
Proficiency In Xactimate And Other Estimating Software: Allstate Uses Xactimate, A Leading Estimating Software, To Handle Property Claims. Candidates Must Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Xactimate And Other Estimating Software To Be Considered For The Job.
Superior Customer Service And Communication Skills: In This Role, You Will Be Interacting With Policyholders, Contractors, And Other Parties Involved In The Claims Process. Allstate Expects Its Large Loss Property Adjusters To Have Exceptional Customer Service And Communication Skills To Provide An Excellent Claims Experience For All Parties Involved.
