  1. Evaluate and analyze complex property damage claims to determine coverage and liability for Allstate clients.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations to gather necessary information and evidence related to the claim.
  3. Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient handling and resolution of large loss property claims.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other parties involved in the claim process to provide updates and gather information.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate claim payments.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of each claim, including expenses and reserves.
  7. Utilize industry knowledge and best practices to identify potential fraud and take appropriate actions.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in policies and procedures.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns from clients.
  10. Adhere to company and regulatory guidelines and policies to ensure compliance.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to other adjusters on complex claims.
  12. Continuously strive for innovation and improvement in claim handling processes.
