We are looking for a highly motivated HR-Inclusive Diversity Senior Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion practices and will be responsible for helping Allstate create and maintain an equitable and diverse workplace. The Senior Expert should have a deep understanding of the current landscape in diversity/inclusion, a passion for creating equitable workplaces, and experience leading the development of diversity & inclusion initiatives. This individual will be a leader in developing and executing on Allstate’s diversity & inclusion strategy, and will be ultimately responsible for driving an inclusive culture throughout the organization.To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of diversity & inclusion and knowledge of the current landscape of best practices and emerging trends. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing on diversity & inclusion strategies, and will have strong project management and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute Allstate’s diversity & inclusion strategy.
  2. Provide expertise on current landscape of diversity/inclusion best practices and emerging trends.
  3. Utilize project management skills to create and implement diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  4. Lead the development of equitable workplace practices.
  5. Foster an inclusive culture throughout the organization.
  6. Maintain communication with stakeholders and other team members.
  7. Analyze and report progress on diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  8. Monitor industry trends and make recommendations to executive leadership.
  9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Provide guidance and training on diversity & inclusion topics.
