
HR Employee Relations Consultant
The role collaborates with Human Resource business partners in formulating HR plans. Builds knowledge of all business units within the enterprise, processes/practices and clients; Analyzes possible solutions to solve a range of complex problems. Handles cases involving non-exempt and exempt employees and recommend courses of action based on operating guidelines, policies and applicable federal and state laws. Provides timely assistance in addressing manager/employee requests or complaints and keeps involved parties informed about status. Timely and detailed documentation regarding case activity within Case Management Tool. Collaborates with all HR teams to enhance and facilitate performance improvement, maintain effective communication between all areas of HR and business operations to support strategic company initiatives.
2-4 years of high-volume centralized employee relations experience preferred
Ability to provide strategic direction to the development and/or implementation of subsets of the products and services
Possess general knowledge of HR and company policies and procedures, and familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations
