Job Description

We’re looking for a creative catalyst to bring our strategy and culture to life through dynamic visual communications. The Graphic Designer and Storyteller role requires excellent digital design skills to support a wide range of projects. Support communication associate managers, managers and senior managers in providing communication counsel to business leaders. Use interpersonal influence to build relationships and support communication plans, including business partners outside of Allstate and Corporate Relations. Use stakeholder data insights to inform communication plans and tactics; provide recommendations for enhancements; analyze feedback, metrics and insights, and adapt communication and project plans and tactics accordingly. Work as part of a team, or lead a team, in the execution of communication plans and projects, including assisting in project and program coordination and execution.

Job Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in a Corporate Relations/Communications role with public relations and/or media experience preferred.
Understanding of insurance and financial services preferred.
Ability to anticipate operational/program issues and Identify preventative measures.
Understanding of media relations practices, experience developing content and securing placement in media channels.
