  7. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless claims process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and company policies to provide the best possible service to customers.
  9. Handle complex and high-value claims with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to company standards and guidelines to ensure compliance and ethical practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Insurance.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Auto Claims Adjusting, Preferably With A Focus On Field Work.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software And Technology, Such As Xactimate And Ccc.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record, With The Ability To Travel And Work Remotely As Needed.
