Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Business, Or Insurance.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Auto Claims Adjusting, Preferably With A Focus On Field Work.
Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software And Technology, Such As Xactimate And Ccc.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Or Sensitive Situations.
Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record, With The Ability To Travel And Work Remotely As Needed.
