Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate and manage a team of claims investigators to achieve desired results • Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to team members • Monitor and enforce the adherence to state and federal regulations that govern the claims investigation process • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments within Allstate to ensure customer satisfaction • Conduct reviews of team performance and provide necessary coaching • Develop and implement strategies to improve team processes and procedures • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Handle escalated customer service issues • Prepare reports and presentations for management review • Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them
