  1. Represent Allstate in litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Admission To The State Bar And In Good Standing.

  • Strong Academic Record And Relevant Coursework, Such As Trial Advocacy Or Litigation.

  • Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills.

  • Previous Experience In A Legal Setting, Such As A Law Firm Or Clerkship, Is Preferred But Not Required.
