Represent Allstate in litigation cases, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and appearing in court.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
Manage a caseload of complex and challenging litigation matters.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Work independently and efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze and evaluate evidence and legal arguments.
Attend and participate in training programs to continuously improve legal knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Admission To The State Bar And In Good Standing.
Strong Academic Record And Relevant Coursework, Such As Trial Advocacy Or Litigation.
Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills.
Previous Experience In A Legal Setting, Such As A Law Firm Or Clerkship, Is Preferred But Not Required.
