- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for Allstate's business growth and innovation.
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and partnerships to support the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the areas of strategic planning and business development.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Planning And Business Development, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field. Mba Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Executing Strategic Partnerships, Joint Ventures, And Other Business Initiatives.
Strong Analytical And Financial Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Market Trends, Evaluate Financial Projections, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Present Complex Ideas To Senior Management.
