- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative and real estate departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the departments.
- Monitor and manage budgets for both departments, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Supervise and provide guidance to departmental staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment, promoting a positive company culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both administration and real estate.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee the management of company-owned properties and real estate assets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts related to real estate transactions.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive company growth and success.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to administration and real estate.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance departmental performance.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Management Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws, Regulations, And Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
