- Develop and execute the digital product strategy in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and pain points, and translate them into product requirements.

- Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
- Provide regular updates on product performance and key insights to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and digital trends, and make recommendations for incorporating them into product development.
- Act as a product evangelist, promoting the value and benefits of Allstate's digital products both internally and externally.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the product team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to digital products.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive product innovation.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Management, Particularly In The Digital Space.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Product Lifecycle And Experience With Agile Development Methodologies.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
