Allstate is seeking a motivated and skilled Demand Assistance Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers by providing legal assistance during the demand process. As a Demand Assistance Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing and responding to demands, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice to our clients. Review and respond to demands received by the company, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties on behalf of the company's clients.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients during the demand process.
Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently and effectively.
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in each case.
Work closely with other members of the legal team to develop strategies and approaches for each case.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and activities.
Provide excellent customer service and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

Job Qualifications

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Active State Bar Membership And In Good Standing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Defense Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Policies, Coverage Issues, And Litigation Processes.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations And Resolve Conflicts Effectively.
