- Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies and solutions to protect the company's information and technology systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability and risk assessments to identify potential cyber threats and develop mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and trends and recommend proactive measures to prevent potential attacks.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Conduct security testing and evaluations to identify weaknesses and recommend remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the company.
- Train employees on security best practices and provide ongoing awareness and education programs.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security controls and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption methods.
- Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to enhance the company's security posture.
- Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Maintain and report on key security metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cybersecurity posture to adapt to evolving threats and technologies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cybersecurity, Information Security, Or Related Field
Knowledge Of Current Security Trends, Threats, And Best Practices
Strong Understanding Of Network And System Architecture, Including Cloud Environments
Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Sans Giac Are Preferred But Not Required
