Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor customer service performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  6. Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer service trends and recommend changes.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention.
  10. Report on customer service performance and progress.
