- Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and other parties involved in the claim process to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Investigate and gather evidence to support claim decisions, including reviewing police reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related activities in company systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex claims and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and informed guidance to policyholders.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate to appropriate parties for further investigation.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements and company ethical standards.
- Continuously assess and improve claim handling processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Insurance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Auto Claims Handling And/Or Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of State-Specific Insurance Regulations And Policies.
