As the Change Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for helping us realize our vision of cultivating a culture of change.The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational development, change management and/or business process improvement. Additionally, you must be highly organized, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for organizational transformation.
- Create and maintain documentation related to change management processes and procedures.
- Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide feedback to stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure a positive experience with the change process.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss and review progress of change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to change management.
