Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Change Enablement Intern who is eager to help us foster a culture of transformation. As the Change Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for helping us realize our vision of cultivating a culture of change.The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational development, change management and/or business process improvement. Additionally, you must be highly organized, have a knack for problem-solving, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be passionate about driving change with the customer in mind. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement change management strategies for organizational transformation.
  2. Create and maintain documentation related to change management processes and procedures.
  3. Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  4. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of change.
  7. Manage customer relationships to ensure a positive experience with the change process.
  8. Lead meetings with stakeholders to discuss and review progress of change initiatives.
  9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to change management.
