  1. Lead a team of claims professionals: The Catastrophe Claims Service Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of claims professionals. This includes providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team is effectively handling claims and providing exceptional service to customers.
  2. Provide exceptional service and support: The main responsibility of the Catastrophe Claims Service Leader is to ensure that the team is providing exceptional service and support to customers who have experienced a catastrophic event. This involves understanding and empathizing with the customers' needs and ensuring that their claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
  3. Motivate and inspire team members: As a leader, the Catastrophe Claims Service Leader will be responsible for motivating and inspiring team members to perform at their best. This includes recognizing and rewarding their hard work, providing constructive feedback, and creating a positive and supportive work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: The Catastrophe Claims Service Leader will be responsible for ensuring that the team is following all company policies and procedures. This includes staying up-to-date on industry regulations and making sure all claims are handled in accordance with company standards.
  5. Develop and implement training programs: To ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, the Catastrophe Claims Service Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs. Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Claims Management, With A Focus On Catastrophe Claims.
