Job Description

Allstate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analytics Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and guidance to our clients in the areas of data analysis, business intelligence, and predictive analytics. To be successful in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in a Business Analytics role. You should have a strong analytical mindset and be able to interpret and explain complex data in an organized and concise manner. You should also be able to collaborate with colleagues and clients in a professional manner, as well as possess excellent communication skills. If you are an innovative and creative problem-solver who is passionate about helping clients make data-driven decisions, then this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop business analytics solutions to meet clients’ needs, utilizing data analysis, business intelligence, and predictive analytics.
Analyze data to identify trends and correlations, and present insights in an organized and concise manner.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure data-driven decisions are made.
Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients on data-driven decision making.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics.
Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and clients.
Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure all business analytics tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
